What they are saying about What are You Hungry For?:
This class is so much more than I expected. So much better, so much fun, so much everything! I think for the first time in my life, I think before I do!!!
-- C.L.
What are you hungry for??? This class has really given me insight to how different foods make you feel, and how your emotions control your eating. It is so much more than about the food… it has taught me so many things about myself. We have such a great group of women, who can be serious, but also know how to laugh!!! I have learned how to meditate, and really relax my body and mind, and it really makes your life a little less stressful. I can’t say enough about our teachers, Patricia and Lisa, they are extremely caring, and very knowledgeable women, and I feel extremely lucky to have found this group.
-- L.R.
The mindful eating class has been a mouth opening experience. Our great group discussions have made me realize that even though we are all different shapes and sizes (both physically and mentally) we all run to the “pantry” for satisfaction. I’ve learned to replace the “pantry” with healthy foods and lifestyle changes. The knowledge and experiences of Lisa and Patricia guided me to make much needed changes.

What they are saying about Cooking Classes:
Thank you so much for the class on Vegetarian cooking! I so enjoyed it and was happy to learn about the oat milk option and the possibility of joining a CSA. I can't wait to try some of the recipes for my family on Thanksgiving! I will definitely make the beets and kale, roasted vegetables, and I'm planning on the pumpkin lasagna too. I enjoyed meeting you and am looking forward to additional classes down the road. Enjoy your Holidays too. Again, thank you!
-- Maggie L. Just wanted to thank you again for a fun evening. I really enjoyed all of us preparing the meal together while you answered our questions and offered lots of great info and tips. The best part though was enjoying the meal along with good conversation and praise over our great-tasting meal. The recipes are so easy with short ingredient lists that I will be using them often. -- Kathy C.
