What they are saying about Cooking Classes:
Thank you so much for the class on Vegetarian cooking! I so enjoyed it and was happy to learn about the oat milk option and the possibility of joining a CSA. I can't wait to try some of the recipes for my family on Thanksgiving! I will definitely make the beets and kale, roasted vegetables, and I'm planning on the pumpkin lasagna too. I enjoyed meeting you and am looking forward to additional classes down the road. Enjoy your Holidays too. Again, thank you! -- Maggie L. Just wanted to thank you again for a fun evening. I really enjoyed all of us preparing the meal together while you answered our questions and offered lots of great info and tips. The best part though was enjoying the meal along with good conversation and praise over our great-tasting meal. The recipes are so easy with short ingredient lists that I will be using them often. -- Kathy C.
